Order Processing Time

All orders are processed (fulfilled) within 1 business day (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In some rare cases potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems or problems that are outside of our control may occur.


Shipping/Delivery time
  • Expect your order to be delivered in 1 - 3 days for Delhi & its neighbouring cities i.e. Gurugram, Noida etc.
  • Expect your order to be delivered in 2 - 7 days for other states.

Order Status and Shipping/Delivery Tracking

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

Order Cancellation

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. Please WhatsApp us or email info@lunarpetal.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".


Arrived Damaged Item Replacement

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

    - Your order number.
    - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
